Best places to live in America includes six Maryland communities, while one MD town ranks among the top 5 best cities in the country.The Patch reported Columbia, MD continues to be among Top 100 Best To Live In U.S. Main criteria for ranking:
- affordability
- local housing market
- neighborhood diversity
- quality of public schools
- walkability
Rounding out the top five are Arlington, Virginia; The Woodlands, Texas; Naperville, Illinois; and Columbia, Maryland.
