Community living offers so much more than a nice apartment in an attractive building with access to health care. When you become a resident of Residences at Vantage Point, you unlock access to a world of opportunities as well as new friends with whom to enjoy them. Educational seminars, speakers, games, hobbies, fitness, movies, the arts, community governance and other special interest groups await you.
The Weekly Bulletin
Each week Residences at Vantage Point produces the Weekly Bulletin, a publication chock full of things to do, places to go and people to see within the Vantage Point community as well as throughout greater Columbia.

Did You Know?
Members of Vantage Point’s Maryland Continuing Care Residents Association (MaCCRA) Chapter provide new residents with personalized welcome tours and helpful information about day-to-day life in their new home.
The Weekly Bulletin publishing team devotes a corner of the resident newsletter to a column titled Did You Know? that offers informational tidbits and useful reminders about life in the community. Some examples include:
- Did you know you can use your dining credit to purchase additional items such as party trays, meats, cheeses and cookie options from a order sheet that can be found in the Market Place?
- Did you know that to-go containers from the dining room can be rinsed off and recycled?
- Did you know that Residences at Vantage Point has partnered with Lyft to offer on demand car service?
- Did you know that on-site shopping carts are provided for the convenience of all residents?
- Did you know that on-site dental services are available by contacting the Wellness Center to make an appointment?
