Connection · Community · Columbia
Because of its convenient location within a treed enclave at the heart of Columbia, all the benefits of vibrant urban living – like shopping and concert-going – will be a part of your life. When you’re on Vantage Point’s campus, the services and programs you enjoy will be resident driven to match the pursuits and interests you truly seek. You’ll maintain your autonomy and privacy, while at the same time make it easier to stay connected to the larger community, whether you live in a well-appointed senior living independent apartment or transition in the future to an assisted living, assisted living memory support or skilled nursing residence within our on-site health care continuum.
Renovated · Revitalized · Renamed
Like its surrounding city, Vantage Point recently embraced renewal, too. While Columbia promotes a sustainable, walkable, remarkable place through a revitalized downtown, we are busy updating our apartments and common area interiors to suit a variety of modern tastes and lifestyles. Residents and visitors now enjoy custom apartment finishes as well as a new arts studio, movie theater, and Pub, Marketplace, Bistro and Fireside dining venues, expanded fitness center, and much more all under one roof. To celebrate our physical transformation, we chose a new name to match our evolution: Vantage House has become Residences at Vantage Point.
Life enrichment · Lifestyle · Location
Residents and staff members believe that by living in a community, we enrich each other’s lives through eight dimensions of wellness. Our progressive village, brimming with resident volunteers and people from all walks of life, supports all lifestyles and is SAGECare credentialed, dedicated to understanding LGBT aging. Combined with a range of living options that may be more affordable than you think, and a location that affords access to the best of Baltimore and Washington, DC, our downtown Columbia setting is among the best that Maryland has to offer.
