Vivian C. “Millie” Bailey is a superstar! And well deserving of the recognition.
All four most recent county executives were present. The newly appointed hospital president and Calvin Ball were there to do the honors! Millie looked great in blue as she gave a short speech.
Good time had by all! Another milestone for our resident!
