At Residences at Vantage Point, Extraordinary Impressions™ is more than a program—it is the heart of how we serve daily. As part of LCS® (Vantage Point’s Management Services Company) Signature Experiences, this initiative ensures residents and guests feel valued through every interaction.

What Extraordinary Impressions™ Means

Extraordinary Impressions™ is built on 10 Hospitality Promises that guide how we greet, serve and support our community. These principles remind us that hospitality is not just about service—it is about creating meaningful, lasting connections. Moreover, the promises ensure we maintain a culture of respect, kindness and professionalism.

Living Our Hospitality Promises

Every day, our team demonstrates the Extraordinary Impressions™ promises in ways both big and small. For instance, we greet residents warmly, listen with care and anticipate needs before they arise. In addition, we recognize that details matter, and we make each resident feel important by tailoring our care to them.

Our community also celebrates differences through Cultural Integration Day. On that day, staff and residents share dishes from their home countries, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. We also honor years of service during this event, reinforcing our commitment to respect and recognition.

Recognizing Our Team

Another important part of Extraordinary Impressions™ at Residences at Vantage Point is our Extraordinary Rewards program. Residents, staff and visitors can fill out ‘Caught Being Extraordinary’ cards recognizing staff members who live out the Hospitality Promises. Weekly, staff earn points connected to these cards, which they can exchange for a variety of Household and other items. Additionally, at each month’s Residents’ Town Hall, we honor a Top Achiever for their outstanding commitment.
