Hats off to the gardeners!

Despite the heat, these master gardeners are working hard planting Hosta and Irises donated by Meriann Ritacco, Executive Director. These are volunteers from our Independent Living lifestyle choice.
Thank you team for the effort and enthusiasm! You sure did take charge and it is very appreciated. Of course, for true gardeners, the appreciation goes both ways. We just love getting our clothes dirty and having a perfectly good reason to play in the dirt. This is Independent Living at it’s best. Gardening is soothing to the soul!
Hats off to the volunteers, literally, “it was hot!” The finished product in full bloom next season will be well worth it.
